How to use Merge PDFs
Combine PDF files in your chosen order. Optionally insert blank pages so each document starts on a front side.
When to use this tool
Merging a three-page document and a two-page document with duplex alignment produces six pages: 3 + 1 blank + 2.
Choose files and settings
Choose PDF files → Set order and duplex options → Save the merged PDF. Keep the original files until you have checked the output.
Before you save
Duplex mode adds a blank after odd-length documents, except the last.
Supported features and limits
Check the file order before saving. Page sizes are kept unless you use the A4 tool separately. Encrypted PDFs are not supported. Bookmarks, signatures, attachments, forms, and annotations may not be preserved. Open the result and check important documents before using them.
Check the result
Open the saved PDF and verify page order, rotation, margins, and content near the edges before printing or sharing.
