Help with file selection, processing, and downloads.

A file will not process

Check the file format and size limit. Encrypted PDFs, duplicate spreadsheet keys, or unsupported encodings may need to be fixed in the original file. Changing an extension does not convert a file.

Downloads or processing are stuck

Use a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Check whether downloads are blocked. If memory is limited, close other tabs or use smaller batches. After cancelling, choose your files again.

Include the tool name, browser, error message, and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not attach real customer lists or sensitive original files.
