How to use Interleave scanned PDFs
Combine separately scanned fronts and backs into one correctly ordered PDF. Reverse the back-side sequence when needed.
When to use this tool
Fronts 1, 3, 5 and backs 6, 4, 2 become 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 with reverse backs enabled.
Choose files and settings
Choose front and back PDFs → Check whether backs need reversing → Review the order and save. Keep the original files until you have checked the output.
Before you save
The fronts must have the same page count as the backs, or one more.
Supported features and limits
Check the scan order before processing. The tool does not recognize printed page numbers. Encrypted PDFs are not supported. Bookmarks, signatures, attachments, forms, and annotations may not be preserved. Open the result and check important documents before using them.
Check the result
Open the saved PDF and verify page order, rotation, margins, and content near the edges before printing or sharing.
